The P90x workout program (Classic)

I am the third day of the week 94 weeks longer to go ...I started to 180 pounds and now I'm 160, an average of 10 pounds per month.
I did the classic version and it's great. I followed the diet plan with exception for having cake for my birthday and my birthday figliL ' workout everyday, apart from doing at least 20 minutes for 50 minutes on the treadmill ...

I just ordered p90x but I got only the DVD .... not instructions, bands, charts, etc. I wonder just who exercise plan to follow. I want to lose weight and tone so I'm guessing that the plan would work better for me skinny. I do not intend to use the chin up bars. WOW! thanks for this site I've been contemplating P90X for months and your site is the most comprehensive, informative and insightful I ran. I'm going to go ahead and do it. all that I was unsure about it is that is enlightened. GREATLY APPRECIATED!
